Will these vegetables go bad?

I have marching band practice at school from 12AM-9:15PM on weekdays. We have dinner at 6PM. I don't eat a lot after practice because I don't want to be up too long. I cooked some black-eye peas(will refrigerate them tonight), and put some celery and eggplant in the fridge to eat at dinner tomorrow. Will I be able to eat the beans, celery and eggplant tomorrow without the possibility of getting sick, or should I just eat them with breakfast? I will be using a semi-airtight tote to keep my food in, but I don't have one of those freezer packs.
ha ha...I did mean to say 12PM-9:15PM. So, vegetables don't spoil overnight or during the day like meat or dairy does?

All of those things can be eaten at room temp. If you want to take some of those items to school you could freeze a juice box or a yogurt. You could also just freeze a small container of water, any plastic thing you have. If you decide to freeze in a glass jar be sure not to fill it all the way up. Water expands when you freeze it.
