Who makes a better BBQ? Weber or Ducane?

I'm looking at the Weber Spirit 310 and the Ducane 4100. Which one is better?

We've gotten great results from our Weber grills (charcoal and gas) and also have friends who swear by their Ducane grills. Ducane is now a subsidiary of Weber, so it's pretty much a matter of price, personal preference, availability of replacement parts, etc.

To get consistent grilling results we also use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. It works very well with our Weber charcoal and gas grills and friends tell us the same with their Ducane.
